We are very pleased to introduce Kate Veley, our new Foundation Administrator. Kate spent the past 5 years as the director of corporate philanthropy at Make-A-Wish CNY, and the previous 14 years as the Events Coordinator for Syracuse University’s Falk College. Recently “semi- retired,” she looks forward to putting her skills to work for the Foundation. She will support the Board of Directors, provide dedicated donor stewardship and assist the Foundation with fundraising, grant writing and communications. To borrow from the July 1906 edition of The Craftsman, Kate no doubt will serve as our “guide, philosopher and friend” helping us meet our growing needs. Welcome Kate!
