Exterior Documentation Traces 1901 Fire

Documentation work of the exterior by Ted Bartlett and Beth Crawford from Crawford & Stearns, Architects begins. . The contractors have uncovered fire damage from what we believe is the 12/24/1901 fire.

National Trust for Historic Interiors Grant Received

A $7,500 grant was received from the National Trust for Historic Preservation, Cynthia Woods Mitchell Fund for Historic Interiors. CNY Builder Services, LLC of Lafayette, NY has been awarded the contract to begin Phase One exterior work. Work commenced the week of August 14th and should conclude before the end of 2017.
